This Privacy Policy describes how Go Blue Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Werkandme application (“Werkandme” or the “Service”).
Werkandme is a business-to-business platform used by organizations and their authorized users within the United States.
1. Scope of This Policy
Werkandme is provided to businesses and organizations. Accounts are created and managed by organizational administrators (“Admins”). Individual users access the Service through their organization.
If you are an end user, your organization controls your account and associated data.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
– Name (if provided by your organization)
– Email address
– Login credentials (encrypted)
– Organization affiliation
B. User-Generated Content
We collect and store content that users create, upload, or share within the Service. This content is visible only to authorized users within the same organization and is not accessible to the general public.
C. Usage Information
We automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and general usage patterns within the Service.
D. Analytics
We use Google Analytics for basic traffic and usage analytics. We do not use advertising features, remarketing, cross-device tracking, or demographic reporting.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect payment or financial information, GPS or precise location data, health or medical data, employment background checks, biometric information, government ID numbers, sensitive personal information categories, or social media login data.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
– Provide and maintain the Service
– Manage organizational accounts
– Enable collaboration within organizations
– Improve system performance and usability
– Monitor security and prevent misuse
– Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, license, or monetize user data.
5. Organizational Control of Data
Werkandme is a business platform. The organization that provides you access controls your account, permissions, and content management. Users cannot independently delete accounts or content. Users must contact their organization’s Admin to request changes or deletion.
6. Data Sharing
We may share information only with trusted service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
We do not share information for advertising purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain information as long as the organization maintains an active account and as required for security or legal purposes. Deletion requests must be submitted through the organization’s Admin.
8. California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
California residents have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
9. Cookies and Tracking
Werkandme uses limited cookies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
10. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. No transmission method over the Internet is completely secure.
11. Children’s Privacy
Werkandme is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
12. U.S.-Only Service
Werkandme is intended for use within the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
